Norm Schureman, a great teacher and person (although I wasn't able to know him better) was shot on saturday. I still can't believe it. As little as I knew him he was a great mentor and I hope he will rest peacefully.

Design Process 2

Quick Preview before I finish the project.

It's a coat hanger + stepping stool for children of modern nomads. In other words it is meant to be carried around from location to location to create a sanctuary for the child's growth between age 3 to 7.

At first the child will have to climb on the steps to put his coat up but as he/she grows older (and taller) they won't necessarilly need the steps.

Hello! this is last week's "video" I didn't get to actually do a 20 minn video, instead I did this, it's for my design process class, it's a bunch of ideations on flat-pack wooden furniture for children. first photo was the crit class the next day. I'll put up better quality photos when my the project is over, and hopefully I'll make an actual video this week.
